No meeting in April
Please note that there is no meeting in April due to the Easter Monday Bank Holiday.
Instead, come and join us at our Spring Show on Saturday 11th April, taking place at the Allendale Centre.
If you would like to enter some of your flowers or crafts, then please collect a Show Form from the Allendale Centre, Allendale House, the Museum of East Dorset or from the foyer of Wimborne Minster.
All entries are welcome.

Spring Show ~ Everyone Welcome!
Date: Saturday 11th April 2026
Time: 12 noon - 4pm
Location: Allendale Community Centre, Hanham Road, Wimborne BH21 1AS
Event: Wimborne Gardening Club Spring Show
The Spring Show is open to everyone to enter and we welcome new participants. From flowers to crafts, baking, floral art, junior sections & photography, there are lots of opportunities to take part.
Show Schedules are available from the Minster, Allendale Centre, Allendale House & Museum of East Dorset.

All entries should be received by 5pm on Wed 8th April & sent to J Green, 7 Parmiter Road, Wimborne BH21 2BN or put in the collection box in the foyer at the Allendale Centre.
Admission £1 on the door.
Plant sale and raffle.
Parking available in Allenview car park. Refreshments are also available in The Allendale Cafe.

David Bassil ~ Hanging Baskets
Date: Monday 11th May 2026
Time: Arrival 7.15pm to start 7.30pm
Location: St Catherine’s Church Hall, Rodways Corner, BH21 1LE (Opposite the Quarterjack Surgery)
Event: David Bassil will demonstrate how to create beautiful flowering hanging baskets. There will be an opportunity to win one of these in the raffle following the demonstration or to purchase a glorious hanging basket of your own!
All welcome! Visitors £3.
Join us for tea and coffee afterwards.

Event: We are planning a coach trip to the fabulous RHS Garden Wisley, near Woking, Surrey
Join us in visiting one of the world’s great gardens, packed with horticultural inspiration. Sit and reflect in the Wellbeing Garden, enjoy the Wildlife Garden and the lush jungle of the tropical Glasshouse.
