General Information:
Awards will be presented at 3.30pm, followed by the raffle.
Exhibits should only then be removed.
Anything left behind after the show will be disposed of.
Rules for Exhibitors:
1. All exhibits, except where stated, must be grown or produced by the exhibitor
2. Exhibitors may only have one entry in each class. Two or more people may not exhibit in the same class from the same garden
3. Vases and all receptacles must be provided by the exhibitor, unless stated otherwise
4. Judging, - First, second and third place certificates will be awarded

Personal data given for show entries will only be held for the purposes of show management, and will never be disclosed to a third party.
We will remove any data held on individuals, if requested to do so.
Entries & Staging
All exhibits must be staged on Saturday 31st August, between 8.30am -10.00am only.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY ENTRY OUTSIDE THESE TIMES.
When staging, please be careful to place your card bearing your name, under your exhibit.
TURN IT OVER, SO YOUR IDENTITY IS HIDDEN.
Wherever possible, names of varieties should be placed on Exhibits.

Vegetables
Sir John Hanham Cup
1. Collection of Vegetables (5 kinds)
2. Potatoes (4) all one variety, -displayed on a white plate*
3. Beetroot (3) - displayed on a white plate*
4. Carrots (3)
5. Courgettes (3) ideally 10-15cm in length, one or more varieties
6. Onions (3) from seed or sets, ideally dressed - displayed on a white plate*
7. Shallots (9) - displayed on a white plate*
8. Runner Beans (6)
9. French Beans (6)
10. Tomatoes (6) all one variety, - displayed on a white plate*
11. Collection of tomatoes (6) two or three varieties - displayed on a white plate*
12. Cucumbers (2)
13. Fresh Culinary Herbs, may include parsley, 4 types in a vase.
14. Any other vegetable, not scheduled.
